Job Title: Field Sales Operations & Development Manager

up to $85,000 + 10-15% bonus + equity
- Act as a liaison between field team of Directors and Regional Managers and the corporate teams including, but not limited to, corporate development, marketing, creative, business intelligence, operations, and HR.
- Communicate regularly with our field sales operations team via conference calls, check-ins, and email. Analyze what’s working and what’s not working, and develop creative solutions. Communicate specific success stories and best practices to the broader team.
- This is a newly created role on the Corporate Development team!
- FSOP beverage experience required
- Experience with syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI) analysis
- Strong coordination skills (developing PowerPoint decks, Sales Sheets, create effective selling tools)
- Project Management experience
- Experience across national accounts
